  1. Don’t you love the peace of mind that being thankful on Sunday’s post brings you?

I know, now your Sunday posts have become such a habit for me, that, I know, I can’t go up to bed until I visit and exchange what I’m thankful for with you.

Today, I am thankful for all the opportunities I’ve been blessed with this week. A blessing, the only word for it.

Thank you, for placing me in this frame of mind, each Sunday.

    • We have a new panini maker and it’s awesome! It renewed everyone’s interested in the beloved GCS, which is “fancy” because the bread now has ridges and it’s usually made with sourdough. Yum. I like mine with spinach, pesto and extra tomatoes.
